let's be real.
I took the EXPRESS train through childhood, leaving home at 15 years old to pursue my dance career. I quite possibly set the record for the amount of mistakes I made (NOT LISTENING TO MY INNER VOICE), forcing me to grow up a wee bit too quickly.
I had many different relationships (remember those mistakes?), before I met the guy I married nearly 24 years ago. We could have left each other many times -We WORK on ourselves A LOT, which enables the space to work on ourselves.
I don't think I was a very pleasant teenager, (oxymoron?), yet, I didn't shy away from raising 4 of them... deep sigh...
Good times, people. GOOD AF TIMES.
As I I started really looking at myself in the mirror, and not just what was on the surface, but really looking into my own eyes. I saw LOVE, but realized I was so damn hard on myself, and had been giving myself ZERO LOVE. I thought it was something you give to others. It was my inner voice that had convinced me, I was not worthy, and maybe a few outer experiences. I woke up. I felt like I cracked and the light came pouring out of me.
what time is it?
Think meditating isn't your thing? I have news! If you shower, you already do. Ever notice how life's most important questions/solutions get really clear? On the surface, while you quietly take care of your human-hood, while on the inside, you receive pure clarity. This is your true voice , and the one you want to hear from all the day long. Show(er) up and practice listening to your truth, the knowing, your intuition... This is not a new idea. In fact, many people before you & I talk about it, have put their truth into words to live by.

OMG!!!!! I LOVED THESE BOOKS!!!
These books encouraged my always-curious-mind to explore! What seemed like endless paths of possibilities, it was a whimsical education in one of my now-favorite sayings, to always expect the unexpected.
Just like life
can should be. Exciting, unknown adventures. Of course there are always decisions to make, but then... THEN... we get to turn to the page and allow the story to unfold. I enjoy looking at everything as interesting... even the hard stuff... Hmmm, interesting twist... how do we get out of this debacle?
Email/voicemail/voice-record your thoughts to me, and I will send you back all my thoughts.
We can meet virtually anywhere online... Zoom, Facetime, PJ party? - Whatever, wherever.

calm & clarity?
